Genoinseq is certified under the ISO 9001:2015 standard for Extraction of DNA or RNA from isolated organisms, cells in tissue culture or from environmental communities; DNA or RNA quality control; Quality control of products through analysis of the presence of DNA or RNA;  Mass sequencing of DNA or RNA; Bioinformatic analyzes of massive sequencing (NGS) data, biostatistical analysis of results, biological interpretation of results; Analysis of microbial genomes, microbiomes and metagenomes; Transcriptome analysis and RNA-Seq (Registry No. PT-2024/CEP 6158).
