Ordering Guidelines

1. Obtain a service quotation by filling the Genoinseq Information Form available on-line. Please include a detailed description of the project design and bioinformatics options.

2. Create an on-line Genoinseq Sample Submission Form for order submission and management. Please fill it out completely and submit. Print a copy and include it in the sample shipment.

3. Prepare your samples according to the General Sample Requirements.

4. Send your samples and printed Project Submission Form to:
